Love this place. It’s as close to a Smith and Wollenskys or Ruth Chris within 100 miles. If only the bar booths would accommodate a large stature dude better. Still all good the service at the bar is top notch.

I had a reservation for 4, and when I made it, I had my pick of times, yet when we arrived, we were seated back in the bar area rather than the main seating area with the entertainment. We started with the artichoke dip, and it looked like someone opened the tub and threw it in the bowl. It was barely warm, and the taste was questionable. The ratio of chips to dip was ludicrous. Our drinks came out randomly, as well as our salads. My soup didn't arrive until after I stopped the waitress to ask about it about 10 minutes later. I ordered a 10oz strip, and it was cooked fine (medium), but it was quite tough, literally hard to cut with the provided knife. Another had a burger, medium well, and it was barely medium rare - it was sent back and came out okay. Husband got a 12oz strip, and it was most certainly not a strip. It was no more than 1/2 thick, and the last person got the 12oz ribeye, which looked exactly like my husband's “strip”, with the exception that it was half fat. My 10oz steak was way bigger than their 12oz steaks. The ribeye was tough and chewy and very hard to cut with the knife. We brought most home for our dog. If they are getting their meat from Diederich Farms as advertised, they are getting swindled. Our waitress was kind, albeit a little absent, and she removed dessert from our check due to the bad entrees and pacing. I had heard great things about this restaurant, so this was very disappointing. There was nothing redeemable that would make me want to give this place a second chance.

I would highly recommend this establishment. We made reservations and were seated right on time. The piano playing during dinner made the atmosphere pleasant. Hunter was our server. He was very professional , he was quick and made sure we were doing ok several times. The New York strip was done perfect to the way I ordered it. It was a little pricey but well worth the food , service and atmosphere. I will definitely go back.

Service was VERY slow. The table next to us went to the bar for another round of drinks. I requested the pricing for their farm to table ribeye. The waitress didn't know it so left to find out. She came back about 10 minutes later and said she still didn't know but they were out of them anyway. Wife ordered a dirty martini that was WAY heavy on the olive juice and also had the 6oz filet, ordered medium. It came out well. I had the 12oz ribeye. It might have been the thinnest steak I've ever seen. Somehow, they did get the medium temperature correct and the flavor was good.

The food was delicious and the server was very attentive. The manager gave us free appetizers and dessert because we had to wait past our reservation time. Highly recommend the Hideout!
From the reception, bar and table, we had superb service. Brittany was out server and she did an excellent job. Josh checked on us from time to time and all six of us had a wonderful evening at the Hideout.

Super cool vibe, staff can share stories and details of surrounding memorabilia from a gangster past. Live music was so nice, It was difficult to get orders right. A lot of confusion with basic requests with bar and food. The service was pleasant. Grilled shrimp super dry do not recommend. We are going to try again.
