I ordered via DoorDash and though I paid for a meal, I never received my beverage.I did hear from my delivery driver that he did speak with said employees to make sure that everything was there, unfortunately, it was not complete upon their departure.It’s also disappointing that Arby’s doesn’t offer turkey as an option for their gyros on the DoorDash app, despite being able to do so in house, so I resorted to their Greek gyro meat, which in my opinion is not the greatest.
Ice cream machine has been "broken" for a week now. Do you guys not look into it being fixed? Or are your employees just too lazy to do their job, and make a jamocha shake?
Curly fries were cold, the smokehouse brisket sandwich doesn't taste like it used to.

Best Arbys in the state of illinois. Also, this place has the best staff. Anyone leaving a negative comment is probably just bitter and miserable, taking it out on an innocent business. I eat here multiple times a week and nothing but perfection is served to me everytime and with a smile!! Highly recommend!!!!
I went through the drive-thru to get food after work , or shall i say i tried too.Nobody acknowledged me .. So i drove around and looked in to make sure they were in fact open. One person was sitting in the dining area. So i proceeded to go back around and waited. Again nothing. So i called the store a d a guy answered.. I said "oh you ARE open, i was sitting in the at the drive-thru waiting to order for 10mins!". I hung up i was pissed. NO BODY ELSE WAS IN LINENO EXCUSE TO HAVE TO SIT THAT LONG.MANAGEMENT NEED TO KNOW!
