Manager Chris’ staff at Marion forgot our 30 free boneless wings on their Thursday BOGO. I drive back 35 miles from home 1way to get my order and he said he would give me a gift certificate for my inconvenience. He offered me $15, my fuel cost was $18, plus 1hr of my time, and my family waiting 1 hr to eat the other half of their supper. After I challenged him he gave me $20 and told me he thought that was fair. I didn’t expect much more but $30 to cover my time and fuel. I see Buffalo Wild Wings just cares about their dollar not what customers spend with them during their lifetime eating there. I would recommend Texas Rouladhouse, Logan’s or Bennie’s if you in Marion, Il. Please don’t support Chris’s lack of customer service. Since sales is evidently all Chris cares about, not repeat business.

Anytime I am ever there, I have to wait 10-15 minutes to even be noticed or approached. The food is decent which makes me come back but I think I have had it today.On time for my pick up, told 5 minutes, (turned into 15) with nobody checking on me or letting me know an update. The ladies seem to always be inconvenienced anytime someone comes in or has an issue with an order (sounded like I was not the only one with what I was hearing tonight while waiting). They never have a sense to apologize for any wait or delay. They never have a sense of urgency. They are maybe the least custom friendly employees I have ever met at this location.Very upset and with how the food turned out tonight, very unhappy and will be driving the extra 10 minutes to go to Carbondale’s location.

It's quite challenging to visually identify cold food. However, let this image show it to you. I ordered my dish without onions, but unfortunately, they brought it back with the onions scraped off... except for one or two that were left on the plate. This time, it wasn't a pleasant experience.

My friend and I enjoyed a delicious meal with great service here at Bdubs! They were busy but not overcrowded. There was music playing and sports on the tvs but not too noisy. We ate around 6:30pm. The strawberry margaritas were on point!

So - as a traveler for work, I often rely on Google ratings and other reviews to assess where in the world I’d like to eat.Location/distance sometimes plays a factor, but quality of service and some continuity in the “product” matters.Enter BWW Marion - both lines up so I bit.Mon night, no receptionist at the stand (not mad) grabbed a spot at the bar as it was just me.Lengthy wait to be served, but the bar was occupied at ~70% or so.Her co-workers (no less than 3) were back against the wall watching and cutting up while she struggled.Additionally, she was struggling to prioritize tasks; customer requests check…she pours a drink for another and begins washing glasses.Patrons to either side of me similarly complained amongst ourselves and I asked to “speak to the manager” - the worst, right?She brought her manager, and I asked if we could speak elsewhere. I didn’t want to make some scene or cause any kind of ruckus…I just thought she should know that her girl was STRUGGLIN’I explained my experience and echoed my fellow patrons experience only to be told that “Well, she’s new and so am I.”All this to say - nobody’s home at BWW Marion.Last person out, please turn off the lights.

ordered on doordash, didn’t rate on there because my driver was so nice. i can’t believe the laziness that the workers didn’t want to wash a dish so bad they won’t sauce them in a bowl, instead they dump all the sauce in my boxes, so much sauce that the bottoms of the boxes are soggy. not the first time i’ve had this problem. absolute waste of my money! would love a refund honestly.

Horrible service from the bartender Nicole tonight 1/12/24- 1750 was the time!!!! That’s all I have to say. I definitely wish I would have viewed the reviews of this horrible location in Marion IL. Save your money and try one of the other restaurants in the area!!!! On top of the super bad service from the bartender, the food was cold when I received it. SMH!!! I feel bad that I paid for a horrible experience!!!
