We placed a mobile order at 8:54 am pulled up to the drive thru and let them know we were here, after waiting 15 minutes, my brother went in to grab the order and they hadn't even started it. We then got a ham sandwich instead of sausage, which is minor but after waiting so long, it was fuel to the fire. I love Burger King, always have, but this was one of the lesser experiences we've had.

The hubby don't get off till 1030pm. Even tho it's always cutting it close by 20min to closing time they are always friendly and fast with food! We Thank everyone working on 3/14/2024 the closing shift!

I was told to pull forward for my mobile order and after 15 mins I gave up waiting and went back through the drive thru. Once there, they told me they forgot they had a car pulled and because of that my food was luke warm at best. How do you forget you have an order ready? I work fast food as well so I just expected the workers here to have SOME sense. Please for the love of all that is Holy, don't spend money here.
