Service is always great. I do take out 2-3 times a week. Always ready when I arrive. Food is amazing and I’m most definitely addicted.
Under staffed. I watched people who ordered well after me recieve their food and they just kept apologizing that the screens were messed up but never rectified the situation.

Stopped in to grab a quick bite after a long day. I ordered my steak burger without cheese. She repeated it back, no cheese and I said, correct, no cheese. The order was ready quickly, mine had cheese, looked at the receipt and it did say, cheese. Took it back up and they redid my order no problem. Had a cup of chili with my meal, it was good. Had to have a scoop of custard with fudge for dessert. Love their custard.My one and only negative is, the place could have been cleaner. The clear glass or plexiglass partitions on the back of the booths were disgusting. They looked like they had not been done for a while.
The food was average but that place was dirty . Only had one bathroom that was available and it was dirty trash was overflowing. And the lobby was just as dirty there was stuff all over the floor.

I should have tried a Steakburger!! This was my first time at a Freddy's. I took my granddaughter. It was her first time at one as well. We didn't know what to order, so we went with Chicken Tenders ... bad choice! They were not good. As we were talking and looking around at the pictures and decor, I remembered the WHOLE name of the restaurant and realized we should have gotten steakburgers!! The Chicken Tenders were so bad I would normally have only given a 2 star review.... but I'm hopeful the Steakburgers are much better and don't want to give a bad score without trying their main item! The French fries were really good, and the custard desserts we got were good.The staff was great, the restaurant was clean and we had a good time! Will definitely give them another try!!
Food was horrible ordered a grilled cheese and it was two hamburger buns stuck together with a slice of cheese. That wasn’t even melted and bun wasn’t toasted on inside pay $8 for. A bun. This is ridiculous the way service has

My husband and I enjoyed the bacon and cheese double steak burger with fries. The food was hot and fresh. The burgers were juicy. I like to mix my ketchup and fry sauce to eat my fries! There was plenty of seating.Parking: Small parking lot

BEST BURGERS!!!!! We decided to stop in and try this place for the first time. The burgers were AWSOME, fresh buns and juicy. The staff was extra nice. We are definitely going to try everything on the menu.
