With a restaurant that has plenty of seats that aren't back to back people, why the hostess has to pack everyone in one section can't have any relation to customer satisfaction. Entire empty section and we are placed at a booth backed up to the screaming children. Not to mention waiting 15 minutes with no service what so ever, before deciding to leave. Pretty common for an I hop I guess.

We came in and stood and waited in the almost empty restaurant for about 7 minutes until we were finally acknowledged. Then we sat at a table for about 15 minutes waiting for our drinks. The waitress continued seating and waiting on others. The person sitting next to us ordered drinks after us and received theirs before ours. There was a male waiter who seemed to want converse more than work. We left without ever receiving our drinks or ordering our food. It’s always slow service when you go there, today was just ridiculous.

915 on Monday morning and there was only one of the table in there.I should have been my clue right there.I'm almost $15 for a cup of coffee, 2 small pancakes and 2 pieces of bacon.That's insane never gonna do it again ever ever.I waitress Sam was nice.My food was horribly delayed because apparently they were doing.Some kind of a health department pre Check-in the back and I was the customer chosen to suffer for it because I was the only one that had food in there.Cause I was the only one in the place I had not eaten.

My granddaughter and I went here for our monthly dinner. She LOVED her ? with ? and ? She also enjoyed my ? ! My only complaint was the amount of butter on my French toast. It was literally drowned in it! We had a good time and she's happy with her choice of restaurant and food!

A real shame that this place isn’t ran better. They have maybe 2 servers/greeters on a given day trying to run the whole restaurant. My family and I have left several times after waiting an extensive time to be greeted or seated. Even when you do get seated, prepare to wait a lengthy period of time to get your order taken or receive any drinks or food. The food has never been terrible, but in no way is it worth the wait and hassle. Just go to Cracker Barrel, at least they are prepared to do business. Management needs to step it up, the scheduling is obviously not going well, and the morale seems to be in the gutter. It feels apparent that the people running the place simply don’t care. Bummer because I generally love IHOPs.

Good 55+ senior menu choices at a reasonable price. We had the turkey dinner with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. Very tasty. There was a small mix up with a side dish, but was easily corrected. Perhaps the waitress should write down the orders and not try to impress with an inaccurate memory.
It was our severs birthday and they were swampped with folks coming in for the eclipse. She made sure we had what we needed and others as well.
