We were shocked at the prices of the coffee☕️ ☕️ and donuts? ?! We don't get out that often, but when we are near tp Krispy Kreme, we always get a dozen. $18.00 is a lot of money for donuts.

The kid at the drive thru didn't know if they put cream and sugar in their iced coffees and the lady employee who made it didn't look like she knew or wanted to know either. I just didn't want cold black coffee with vanilla flavoring so I was trying to ask if the iced coffees came with cream and sugar.... the response was... ummm I don't know. I find alot of places like this fail at training their team.... you can't expect great performance from improperly trained employees, I know this because that's my job... to train my companies employees.

Pretty fast service, great donuts! Got the ELF ones and they were delicious although some of them that were pictured weren't in the box instead just glazed :/ Still good though!

Doughnuts were fresh and met in your mouth like always, probably the best location I have been to. Clean, nice bathrooms and good location. They were patient with kids deciding what doughnuts they wanted and were quick to make out coffee drinks. Great

Asked for the holiday donuts and was told for a dozen you get 3 of each but they gave me glazed instead of the Santa chocolate glass with ornaments. Drove all the way to Kankakee to open and be disappointed ?
