I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich,& it was fresh,juicy,& definitely spicy!!! Enjoyed the sandwich&will get it again! The employees were very friendly,thr were 3 guys,&I'd give their names but d'nt remember! Will return again

Food was good but sometimes little things make or break an experience. My order included mashed potatoes and gravy but unfortunately I did not receive any utensils to eat it with.

We usually don't like it, the one in mt. Vernon IL is TERRIBLE! but this one in marion absolutely changed our mind about Popeyes they were SO nice and the food was on point, the sandwich really is as good as everyone says lol

We ordered three meals and didn't get the sauces we asked for and the sides (fries) were left out of two of them. We waited at the window to ask for sauce and was fully ignored so we drove off unsatisfied. No wonder it was the only food line in Marion that had no one. The workers do not seem to care.

Wasn't a big fan of their chicken tenders, wasn't just white meat and had fat onthem . Shrimp and biscuits were pretty good

Had a bit of a mix up and got kinda mad but the worker named Leah handled it perfectly. Fixed it as soon as possible and was nothing but polite and welcoming. Will come again!

Chicken sandwich war CHAMPION! But this location is a little bit of a mess. New location opened just a few months ago but I've yet to come here and get my order correct. Everytime they forget something, whether it's items or just the sauce. It's printed ON THE RECEIPT taped to the bag, what goes in the bag. I like what I do end up getting but just a 5 second double check would fix 95% of the problems here.Someone gets chicken, they probably want some sort of sauce. Double check those bags if you come here before you drive off!

This was a really bad experience. We sat in drive thru for 45 minutes. This is crazy! People were driving off because of the wait time. They need to get their business figured out. Driver thru is not meant for long waits like this! Will not do this again!
