We travel a lot and Smoothie King is often what we search for when needing a quick lunch. We've been to the Marion location and this is the only one that has consistently great smoothies! Highly recommend!

Im not sure what happened today, but I am always very careful about ordering my smoothies so I don’t have any of my allergens. Today, my smoothie wasn’t what I ordered and my throat started closing shortly after the first sip. I’m not sure what they did, but they even tried handing us the wrong order first. My smoothie was supposed to have frozen yogurt, cold brew, butter pecan ice cream, a multivitamin, and pumpkin. It tasted like pure espresso. I’m not going to be back for a long while. They need to be more careful with people’s allergies.

Go last Saturday to get smoothie with girlfriend, her smoothie is completely wrong and has allergens she wouldn't of ordered in her smoothie, gets told the management will figure out what happened and get back to her, waits 3 days for a response when they would of been there that day, has to call them to find out what happened to her smoothie and what they put in it, promptly gets blamed for her own allergies and offered a free smoothie from the place that nearly sent her to the hospital for very dangerous allergies, 0/10 wouldn't recommend this location ever for anyone to get a smoothie make one at home for a fraction of the cost and no risk of them making a mistake and blaming you for it.

They don’t know how to do their job they make mistakes and can’t correct them because they’ve never been taught how to refund money or make sure that they put the credit on the scan on your phone and everything so I had one bad experience today and they didn’t know nothing. It took 30 minutes for them to refund my money

Their smoothies are great, always taste great. They don't have any avocado smoothies, which I found bizarre. Workers were not professional in their conversation behind the window, but were respectful to me. I'll make my own smoothies for 1/3 the price at home.

1st time here! We came on a Saturday night around 5 pm and it wasn’t busy at all. Drive thru was a little slow but not too bad. Definitely recommend!

This was probably in my top three "worst" experiences in the "hospitality industry!" While traveling with my family @travelin'withtheAgnews, from Kalamazoo to Little Rock, we made a normal @smoothieking stop. I thought I ordered the usual on my mobile app (10 Agnews) but was missing one smoothie. I called the store to have them make it so I can pick it all up together only to get the response, "you can order it in the store or online." I explained that you can't make two orders back to back and the worker stated, they are not accustomed to taking orders by phone, but I "HAVE" to come in and pay in person. I told her don't worry about it. We went ahead and picked up our order and I asked the logic behind having to tell me I "HAVE" to pay in person. Her attitude was so bad, I explained that it was a terrible representation of the company and she said "Thank You." Her name is Makayla, and though I pray she has an encounter with the Most High, she is the type of employee that would cause a person to never support a company. Beware!
