Love an american drive in. Big burgers, juicy. Fresh fries, and large drinks with that good good ice. The kids here are goofy, but thats not s bad thing, try it you will love it!

Ordered a DoorDash for 25 dollars, a supersonic bacon burger and chili cheese tots, received 6 chili cheese tots, yes single tots, and 2 mozzarella sticks all together in one basket and a single cheeseburger that only had the entire dispensers worth of mayonnaise on it. So now i am out 25 dollars for the next 10 days as that is how long it takes for DoorDash to reimburse you. Was told Jessie was the cook and that they have all new people working here. Buyer beware when you order here they’ll just slap whatever has been on the warmer for an hour together and give it to you.

I do not come here very often at all but for some reason I did yesterday with my wife, and twice today. It was so bad last night I had to call for a refund. Today the manager working was so unkind there was no point and feared of scamming accusal because the mess ups were extreme and excessive. Messed up orders 3 times in a row. I'm not sure what is going on but don't go to this Sonic especially if you want to try the new "make it dirty" option. You will pay for no cream every single time and flat soda. Cold food possibly not cooked all the way. Rude customer service from bottom to top(management). Small portions. Not a single drink made properly. It's sad. Don't waste your time or money.

We never complain about service at this Sonic, but today was perhaps the worst. We literally had to wait 30 minutes for our food today and when we it was already cold. The only great service we did get was the carhop gal, Morgan who was friendly and appeared to be the only one working both sides. As it appeared they were short staffed. I felt sorry for her and I'm sure we weren't the only dissatisfied customer today because the drive thru was closed and some of the stalls were not even working and some people got tired of waiting and left . Just one bad experience that we have had at this location. Hope for better service next time.

Ordered 4 cheeseburgers, tots, and 2 cherry limeade. Waited for an HOUR, then unfortunately didn't check my bag. Got 2 pretzels (no cheese sauce) and an order of mozzarella sticks. Tried to call twice and of course no one answered.

I will sue you for Marion sonic drive in due to neglect deaf people we were trying to order thru the window red button they never bother to come what we needed we waited more than 10 minutes. Wow Lousy service ever. They need full deaf access seriously!!!

I have never had issues here before, and I’ve lived in Marion FOR YEARS. However, you would think common courtesy if you’re doing drive through only would be to let people know as soon as you respond to their button … not after you tell them “hang on we’ll be right with you” THREE TIMES and they’re left sitting there with their window open for 15 minutes while their 6 month old infant is freezing in the backseat. Don’t worry, we went to McDonalds instead.
