They have good coffee and friendly service. I just wish it was in its own building with a drive through so I could get coffee and not have to go inside of a diffferent store to get it.

It's in a blink-or-you'll-miss-it location to the left of the entrance. I can imagine that due to the size of the location it could get real busy, real fast. It's odd to see a Starbucks inside a Target that also has a Cafe, yet here we are. Service was prompt and courteous, nothing significant to note.
