I went through the drive thru and order two refreshers for me and my cousin at about 10:30am on 4/21/24 and the lady on the window was quite rude to us. i handed her the money for my order and told her she could keep the extra coins and she gave a dirty look to my cousin and i, counted up the bills and coins and then threw the coins into the tip jar! it was definitely not the experience we expected from there!

Worst Starbucks in the USA. They constantly turn off pikes and pretend they do not have it so you can not use mobile app to order a basic coffee. Managment here is horrible. I travel all over the USA and by far the worst location I have ever visited and unfortunately it’s my home town Starbucks. Quit the games Starbucks!!

I'm thankful that they have a couple of plant-based food options now. The Impossible breakfast sandwich is okay without the egg and cheese, but just okay. It could be mqde great with plant-based egg and cheese.Vegetarian options: Impossible breakfast sandwich is vegetarianbut the cheese and egg are animal products so to make it truly plant-based you have to leave the egg and cheese off.

Went here today and told them it was my birthday and to surprise me with a drink and I told them what I like and they hooked me up! Also the guy that took my order was very friendly! Everyone was so kind ! They make me wanna work in that environment ❤️

This store is usually a disaster. The parking situation is the worst. The drinks aren’t nearly as good as ones from Target or Kroger. The baristas are often very friendly.Today, the store took it upon themselves to close the lobby without any warning despite still allowing for pickup orders. It caused a huge traffic jam inside the parking lot and outside the parking lot on Walton Way.
