March 29 someone needs to take that young man and show him how to spread veggies evenly appraisal sandwich and not just the middle. I got tired of asking him to spread it out and then you cut a foot-long in half Now you have 26 inches with 3 inches of meat and cheese, then 3 inches of meat, cheese and veggies smh

My daughter went in to order and said the cashier was rude to her. I don't appreciate hearing that but I do know this one thing for sure if you don't find someone with a better attitude, she is going to run into the wrong one and they will help her with that. I see it's a lot of reviews about bad attitude. I guess that's what restaurants love nowadays. People with that woke mind set. Get it together People.

Came here tonight before close, about 9:25 pm. This Subway closes at 10:00 pm. The young lady, Ally, was cleaning and putting stuff away when we came up to the counter, and got huffy and said we are about to close. Was throwing toppings on in a hurry and just had an attitude. I understand it was 35 minutes before closing, but you still have to serve people. Unfortunately, her customer service failed tonight. We usually have great service at this location. Not tonight.

They have no concept that this is a TRUCKER STOP. we are on a clock and don't have time for shenanigans.. Won't be wasting my time here again. They are VERY SLOW and are lazy. Can't find someone to make your order and when they do come out its time to train one while everyone watches instead of getting us out. The lady was very pushy and rude and just did what ever it took to make the process waste time. One order at a time instead of having several on the board getting us out in a timely fashion... like I said I will be skipping this stop for somewhere else ...

Food was normal. What was not normal was the two coworkers complaining/cursing about their job/coworker the entire time they were serving us. I understand people have bad days but remain professional in front of your customers.

Horrible customer service, horrible attitude.I walked up to the counter, on the pay side, to look at the menu to see if they serve breakfast, because not all Subways do, and the girl working at 1:50 PM, 12/13/2022, comes at me with a disturbing attitude and asks if I'm gonna have a sandwich? I tell her yes and she replies with, "The line starts over here.", while shaking her hand and pointing to the other end of the counter. I tell her, "I'd like to see if you offer breakfast?", and she repeats, "The line starts over here.", and again, shakes her hand while pointing to the other end of the counter. GIRL... YOU NEED A LESSON IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! You already stated the obvious, where the line starts, now how about a simple, "Yes, we have breakfast.", and end it right there. I already know where to go if I'm gonna order. ? I took my business elsewhere. ?
