First, the pros. Once you get the food, it's a great experience. The steaks are always cooked to order, the salmon has a nice char and seasoned perfectly, the bread rolls are endless, and the honey butter spread is to die for for. The lights are slightly dimmed, which helps with mood and headaches.Now, the cons. The music is too loud for our taste. On Friday nights, when we are trying to decide where to eat, many times we have ruled out Roadhouse, only because of the volume of the music. It gets worse near the bar and in the center of the restaurant closer to the bar. It's literally migraine inducing for me and my wife. We have been there when the music was at a tolerable level, and that made things all the better. But, like I was saying, the food is so good that the reward sometimes outweighs risk. Lastly, while our orders always taste great, getting them the way we ordered sometimes doesn't happen. Roadhouse is always busy, and there's always a wait, even when you get on the app to try to get ahead of the crowd. Maybe that accounts for the mistake (maybe made by the kitchen or the waitresses - we just don't know).Overall, I do love Texas Roadhouse, and the food is worth the weight, but you may want to try to get a spot near a window and away from the bar if your music volume tolerance is low.

Maybe our waitress was having a rough night, but I can't remember ever having a server who was more unfriendly and hard to get along with.And when you ask for coffee over an hour before the place closes and are told that they're "cleaning" and it won't be available? Gimme a break.

We had great service but the food was meh at best and the bus people refused to clean anything but the tables top.That said, our waitress was on top of everything. She was fantastic, just wish she worked for a cleaner, better restaurant

Yet another great experience at a Texas Roadhouse. I prefer sitting at the bar partly to speed up the wait. Usually I get a spot right away. Great atmosphere, Great food and Great staff.
We were in line for when they first opened at 4. We weren't far back. But the service managers had their hosts all lined up ready to seat customers with hot bread in hand. Our server's name was Taylor and she was super cool and very accommodating. The food was so damn good. I could eat their rolls until I exploded.

This restaurant gives a bad name to other good Texas Roadhouse restaurants!There food quality is no where near as good. Fried pickles was not crispy! I asked for a pulled pork sandwich that brought me pulled pork with no buns I ask for a bun they brought me an over cooked hard rolls to use...My wife ordered A half rack of ribs and they didn't have BBQ on them! This place is trash will not eat at the Marion location again!Go to Texas Road House in Fairview HeightsNow that is a Real Texas Roadhouse!

Stopped by this location while traveling through Illinois. The woman who took my order put it in wrong. Like the entire entrée was just wrong vs what I asked for and she repeated back to me. Then when we asked to have it fixed, we were told it would take another half hour (while the correct part of our order would get cold). So we took it back to the hotel. Before it seems like this was a fluke, they had a random mashed potato container in our bag, meaning someone else is missing part of their order.
