Manager does not care if the register charged wrong on ebt items. Had to pay cash for a deli cheese which I called service office and had them look up why I was being charged cash and she said everything I had on list was covered by ebt. Called to speak to manager and got hung up on after waiting 13 minutes for her (Chelsie manager at Marion Walmart) to answer phone call. I'm banning this company from my house until further notice.

The bakery is such an excuse now. Order my daughters cake a month ago and went in to pick it up today and they wanna tell me there’s no order???? Ridiculous!!!!! My daughter was ready for her cake and now she can’t get one? I’m done with this bakery.

What a difference a small town Walmart is compared to the big city. I've been in this specific store at least a half dozen times in the past few weeks and every time the employees have been pleasant. They are always stocking and refreshing shelves. There's always been baskets, wipes masks and sanitizer at the front entrance. Truly a breath of fresh air. Great job!

Miss Alexis in the customer service department is absolutely awesome! She is very informative and also added extra stuff to help me to figure out what works best to send Money through Walmart .. everyone should have her attitude
Don't try calling them it's not worth it. Every time I call I get transferred between departments and it becomes an ordeal. If your within 25 minutes it would be faster to drive there and find out for yourself.

Dave in the auto center is awesome. Had tire and rim damage. The crew try to help me find a rim store and junkyard. No luck there and had to wait for honda to deliver rim the next day. Dave held the 2 last tires for me in a back room and installed the next day. Really nice people in all.

They don't sell beer!?!?!? Really? I travel the Midwest and it is the only Walmart that I know of that could sell beer and does not! Regardless of how wonderful staff is and how nice the store is, not selling beer is just not OK in my book!

WalMart has everything. They price match most places. Yeah great value brand pricing is usually very competitive anyway. Most of my household needs are bought here. Just wish they price matches with all stores.
