Wings are good but I'm not making a special trip just for them but if I am in the area I will buy some

Generally I love going there but the other night the 2 guys just didn't care and was more worried about their phones and got my order wrong and just didn't seem to wanna be there

Wings fried, no breading. Lots of flavor choices of sauces but wings were over cooked or not fresh. Domino's or Little Ceasars have better wings. Sorry guys but you have lost ur touch since first opening.

I placed an online order, got there a little fast and was told to wait a few minutes. I sat down and waited for 25 minutes before getting upset. A workers mother was telling me to calm down and was calling workers to the front and asking about my order. I was then told that the order they placed on the counter and said nothing about was mine. When I get to work with 1 minute to eat I figure out the order is also incorrect. They need all new staff, and management. Poorest customer service I've had in a long time. Ladies were complaining in the back about how stressful and not use to the circumstances they were. One made it known she didn't feel needed anymore

Clean and friendly service. The wings were okay, but, not as noteworthy as I had hoped. My hubby tried classic hot and I had classic mild and lemon pepper.The seasoned fries appeared to be dusted with sugar. Our preference would have been to leave them plain.I loved the corn salad side and may return to get a carryout in the future.

Wing Basket never disappoints. The ladies working are always so helpful and accommodating. The food is outstanding! I can't say enough about the sauces and fry seasoning! The $5 sandwich meal is a fantastic deal!

First strike was when the employee's could not tell me what kind of fish other than filet, and she did not care to go find out. Then all 3 sauces we tried were so weak. The sandwich was so grease it was dripping down my face. The fries had sugar or a mix of sugar and salt instead of just salt or normal fry seasoning. Not going back.
Great taste, flavors to choose from, and large lunch special $5!

Great food, fantastic service!! Wings were perfect, crispy on the outside and incredibly tender on the inside, sauces were amazing! French fries were a perfect blend of sweet, salty and savory! Definitely recommend and absolutely will be coming back next time we are in town!!

This was my first time going and it was pretty good. The service was amazing. This restaurant is great for having a party because they sell wings up to 100 in a bundle and even on the days where they are 75 cents per wing! The fries weren’t my favorite because they tasted kinda sweet but the other ppl I ate with loved them. The wings were okay they weren’t my favorite but that’s just maybe the sauce I got. I’ll probably be going back and trying some more!

Just tried wing basket in marion.There is definitely a last time for everything.The wings were soggy, the oil that it was cooked in was definitely old, the sauce was so thin it wouldn't stick to the wings, and the sauce had no flavor.As I described these wings to a friend, "These wings were as crispy as boiled skin on chicken. The sauce was as thick as water. The oil was the only thing that was giving a "smokey" flavor."
