Management needs to reconsider when to let the staff outside to take orders. I couldn't believe it! It was 8:14 when I went to the drive-thru, cold, dark, and raining outside. There was an actual young order taker out there, and I was the only one going to the drive through. There's got to be some sort of a policy where the order takers are checked on or released based upon weather. That should only be used on Sunny days, warm days, and more than three cars in a line. If a device requires a cover, the order taker shouldn't be outside for 3 hours. Use your money and buy a damn speaker.

Took my mom and her friend to Bobby's Frozen Custard for a dessert and was not disappointed. I had a butter pecan concrete and the ladies has sundaes. Everyone enjoyed their treat. We used the drive thru and service was fast and pleasant.
I’m obsessed with Bobby’s. They just put in a drive thru last year and now I go even more. I have so many favorites, but they always have specials going on and I end up loving all of those as well. They have concerts in the summer. The staff is always super nice and they are always very well staffed.

If you're looking for great ice cream (custard) and a cool place Bobby's is where you want to go! And now they are open in the winter. It's a great summer destination with all kinds of bands playing and family events but now we don't have to miss it for all the cold months. The turtle is probably their most popular and it's amazing. Make sure to try their caramel apples and chocolate covered strawberries when they're available. Even when the line is out into the parking lot you won't wait long. They have it down to a science and their employees are great!

Food-The variety of toppings and flavors here are amazing! The weekly specials are always tasteful as well. The balance of the amount of toppings to custard ratio if optimal! Also, the custard will hold its solidity for quite a while, so picking it up to go is no problem! The prices are towards the high end, but it is more that worth it in the flavor, quantity, and excellent service!Atmosphere-The atmosphere is amazing here! The theming is great and the tables are always clean. There is a good amount of seating and they have live music on the weekends! With the addition of the drive through Bobby’s has made it much more convenient to get the amazing custard on the go! The lines here are long, but with their high efficiency, people are severed within minutes!
