The McDonalds in Mascoutah used to be a model of excellent customer service. However, in recent times, it seems like they have fallen short of their previous standards. Many customers have reported that their orders are frequently incorrect, and the staff can sometimes be unresponsive to their complaints. It is possible that the root cause of this problem lies in the training of the staff. It is important to hold our local businesses accountable for providing high-quality service to their customers. We can only hope that the management of McDonalds takes note of these concerns and makes changes to improve the experience for their customers.It appears that the issues experienced at the Mascoutah McDonald's location may not be isolated incidents. It's possible that this is a widespread problem across the entire chain. The noticeable change in the restaurant's atmosphere, from a cheerful and inviting family-friendly environment to a dull and dreary one, should have been a warning sign of potential issues.As a franchised McDonald's, they have the power to recreate the McDonald's that many of us remember from the early 2000s.

Did not make my order right once again!! How hard is it to make a double cheeseburger with cut onions and mayo only on it! Not dehydrated onions,no pickles, no ketchup ????! If wasn't for the fact I was running late I would've been bringing this to management, unfortunately I can't and it's another burger in the trash. I am so glad I checked it before I took a bite. You people need to pay closer attention to people's orders,there are some of us that order this way due to allergies!!!!

Out of everything they forgot they had to forget my quarter pounder the most expensive thing I ordered, the whole reason I came here and they forgot it.

They mixed up my order. The Big Mac was definitely not as advertised. Fries and frozen Cokes were good. Burgers always look like they are just slapped together and tossed in the box - disappointed.

For some reason they are very cheap with the fries. You order a large or basket of fries and the give you such a small amount. I'm paying damn near 4 dollars for fries and you don't want to fill it.

Just like the rest of any McDonald's you ever go to the ice cream machine is broken.
McDonald’s are always so hit and miss. Not the one in Mascoutah. Fingers crossed, but I’ve never had a single mistake or issue with my order. Down the road at the Belleville location, an incorrect order was so frequent that I just started checking every item before even leaving the drive thru. I have no worries at this location.

All the workers in the drive-through were very friendly . The fries we ordered we hot, and so was the rest of our food.Parking: The lot had plenty of parking spots and plenty of handicap parking.Kid-friendliness: Didn't have any small children with us. The drive-through staff were very friendly.

Once again this McDonald's can't get a order right. Almost every other time I visit they forget to put an item in the bag. They need to slow it down and not worry about their window times. Guess I should have drove the extra mile and gone to Freeburg where I've never had a bad experience.
