Ordered delivery from this Potbelly. We were sick and wanted soup. They substituted Mac and cheese for the soup because the one I ordered was out. They could have called to see if I wanted a different soup. Also, gave me a different cookie from what I ordered.

If you are ordering for a group from this location, make sure to Double Check your receipt. We got charge $99.99 for two "Pick Your Pairs"...their salads are good, but not $200.00 worth. This whole situation has really turned our program off from ordering from Potbelly's again. I have been in contact with multiple people from this store, and nobody seems to provide us with an accurate answer.
