Jovon was an excellent waiter. He was very attentive and professional. Although it was well after closing when we were in the restaurant he was still very polite. Thank you for being amazing.

Food was fresh and hot, adult drinks were not strong.Kid-friendliness: Have lot of kid food and optionsWheelchair accessibility: Aisle are wide enough for walkers or wheelchair.
There are a few long time staff here that make the place run. Other than them, the staff is slow, unconcerned, and don't care. The whole restaurant is dirty, windows, seats, etc. The food is good enough to eat. Of course the biscuits are worth going for.

Blanca G , YOU DIDN’T GET A TIP BECAUSE YOU HAD US WAITING AND WAITING AND WAITING FOR BISCUITS. Then when we said we will wait for some you basically ignore us.it gave you was having a crabby day.im a tipper especially when I get good energy and vibes and you didn’t give that all. When you grab the receipt off the table and look at it for the tip amount (your face showed it all) u didn’t even know we was tipping in CASH ! But u missed your beat because u seen us ask you and the aggy “NO” we got once we ask if the biscuits were done told us all we needed to know ! After waiting 20 mins for some ! Nice place tho food was hot and fresh

Might as well shut it down! All the workers are confused, they don’t communicate. I called and made a reservation, when i arrive they said they don’t take reservations but the manager came and said they did! Food took forever to come, my drink had a bug in it. My fork was dirty. The waiter started to get an attitude. Appetizers took 45 minutes to get. Won’t be returning

I was looking forward to enjoying a nice meal at this restaurant unfortunately that didn’t happen for starters when we came in we told them that we had a family of 10 they told us we will be seated in 5 mins , 45 mins later they came in told us they couldn’t no longer seat us because they forget they had a reservation for 6 then I asked can we be spilt up the young lady she said she’ll look into she didn’t come back in fact we had to call someone else , we asked to speak to a manager 15 mins later a young man came whose not a mangers we spent over a hour sitting in the cold lobby with babies until we basically had no other choice but to find somewhere else to go I would never come back to red lobster in (matteson ) also I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one. Do better.

Haven’t been here in a while and i must say it was some of the best i’ve had from the restaurant. Everything was super fresh, drinks were well made. The service was great server even sang happy birthday for the little one.

We both got the ultimate feast which is largely over priced these days. The food was so bland that I had to ask the server for a cup of any type of seasoning they had in the back...SMH! It was very lack luster!
