My 12 year old placed an online order for pick up at on 3/21/24 at 6:55 and my daughter and I went to pick it up and was told they didn’t have the order but when I gave the order number all of a sudden someone came in and picked it up by name. Which was a LIE! I asked what time and they said 7 something when I explained that wasn’t possible since I just placed it at 6:55 so I asked what the person look like and they gave a bogus description of someone! So you remember what they looked like but not what time they came in! So I asked if the cameras worked which I was told they did not work ANOTHER LIE! I asked them to remake it or refund my child and they refused. The employee then called the manager GINA who said oh since it was picked up by name there’s nothing she can do. She offered to contact the owner of the store and she’d call the employee back she calls back with the same oh well attitude and stated to contact my back for a refund so I said just give her the refund and the manger again declined. I said forget I’ll dispute it and proceed to leave the store and what do I see the POLICE! I asked the employees if the called and they said no they did not so instead of GINA unprofessional butt calling her manager for further assistance she called the police! GINA NEEDS TO BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY SHES SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL AND HAS THE NASTIEST ATTITUDE!

For Gina to be the manager at this location. She sure does keep up a lot of mess among her employees. Mind you I am talking about high school kids and young adults. I know for a fact Gina has to be in her 30’s. She is very unprofessional and displays poor leadership skills. She plays favoritism with all the employees. Then play them against each other for hours on the schedule. From what I saw, it’s alot of unethical behavior going on at this Subway location. Whomever owns this franchise should definitely start looking into a new manager. Gina’s poor management skills is the reason why. Money is being stolen out of the register, inventory is coming up short and the turn over rate is so high.

It doesn't make sense why the staff here are so rude. If you hate working there why come and put a bad attitude in the atmosphere, why not quit. They don't even speak to you, they just stare at you like you're the inconvenience. If you stopping for a quick sandwich just take the trip to Tinley

I was here on 5/30/23 around 6:30 pm it's always the same kids working in here with no customer service skills at all... so the young guy his name was Marcus very dry and had a horrible attitude , he was making my sandwiches very sloppy just throwing on the items and when it came to my sauce he just sprayed the buffalo sauce all over the sandwich and I asked him why are u making my sandwich any type of way , he cuts me off and says anything else and I'm like don't be rude to me, he was very disrespectful and then started going off telling me he will have somebody come up there and kill me . So of course I went off and told him want u come do it tough guy , of course he didn't come from behind the counter he called me all types of bitches and other names and told me I don't know him I'm a goofy , very disrespectful . Then the two young girls decided they wanted to say something and threatened to call the police , I told them call them and make sure y'all tell them he just told me he about to have somebody come up there to shoot. So she decided not to call and then they started shouting at me .after 10mins I decided to leave but I do know the boy name was Marcus ... this place is ran by 16-17 year olds with no customers service skills at all . It's always something when I come up there . I will be reaching out to cooperate, because I was threatened and he called somebody . I saw him on his phone . He also told me come back at 9:30 when he get off .

NEVER eat from this subway they had dead nets in my sandwich then they had stale bread the costumer serves was just completely awful they employees where very rude when I ask for extra tuna on my sandwich the soda did NOT taste fresh I would NOT recommend getting a sandwich from this subway.?
