I have always been a fan of Dunkin' my entire life and was so excited when one opened in Mattoon. I go here about once per week and my experience is mediocre every time. I get that it's a new Dunkin so the employees have more to learn but also the food isn't that great. I think they focus on the coffee more than the actual donuts.1. If you go to any other dunkin, the donuts will be glazed which makes it good, here at dunkin though they just put chocolate sauce on it and leave it alone, it goes for their donut wholes too.2. This must be a new building. But there's a lot of seemingly wasted space on the inside. The donuts are really good and there's a great variety of them at a decent price. I don't drink coffee and I don't eat breakfast sandwiches because I can't eat eggs, so I can't comment on those. But I like being able to get donuts outside of breakfast hours and I don't mean grocery store ones either.Parking: Can be a pain to get into off Charleston Ave if you're not familiar with it.
