I prefer Jersey Mike's over most any other sub shop. Definitely over the often-pitiful Subway. The people are in a good mood, great at what they do and very friendly. I can't go here all the time, but when I want a sandwich this is where I go. I know I'll get great food and be treated like they want me to come back.

Stellar service, excellent food and an awesome staff. The folks in there are always positive, high energy and seem to legitimately enjoy what they are doing. This places doesn't feel like a franchise. And I mean that as a compliment. This place has the vibe of a down home sandwich shop where people are joking, eating, and having a good time doing it. If you want good service and a killer sandwich, this is the spot.

don't go if you're hungry I ordered five subs at 20 till the hour it was supposed to be done on the hour and I waited there for 20 minutes after I arrived on time. Their excuse was gluten-free takes longer however, I have ordered too many times, and that is not the case.

My experience at JMike's is always phenomenal. The management ensures excellent customer service and quality food. If anything is not up to your satisfaction they will guarantee to make it right. Not a lot of 'fast food' places will read and respond to customer comments, but this location actually does! I will continue to recommend this place to everyone.
