Everytime I order for delivery it's at least an hour to hour and half. I don't get my complete order food is shoggy. Will not order again it's not worth the money.

Used the mobile app and added specifications. Sandwich delivered with no turkey on a turkey sandwich. Called Mattoon store where order was placed and they refused to replace with a correctly made sandwich.

Slowest delivery I have ever experienced. Over an hour and still waiting. Called 35 min ago and was told it was out for delivery. I live less than 10 minutes from the shop. Ridiculous.

They were very busy and didn’t have crunchies for the jalapeño wrap. Not a big deal to me but they had great customer service and the manager offered me free chips to make up for it. Great service and for as busy as they were the wait was not long!

Took almost an hour and a half to get our food using 2 separate delivery drivers because apparently the first one cannot read an address correctly. I'm very specific about the address so there is NOT ANY CONFUSION. Called back after waiting 45 min the first time and then again after another 20 min. Then we finally got our food and husband's sandwich was not made how we ordered it and it was on the receipt, but clearly looking at the sandwich there is NOT X MAYO OR X SAUCE on it whatsoever. Spoke with the manager about the delivery issue but he didn't know what to say about it. I'll have to check and see if he made the changes like he said he would. Really DISAPPOINTED. NONE OF THE FOOD PLACES GET OUR ORDER RIGHT ITS like these kids can't read and make it correctly. No Pride in their job or work. So sad.

Ordered just a slim roast beef and a pickle. Ordered online over an hour ago and it has yet to arrive. Called and the driver said that it'll be another 10 minutes before it'll go out.

The last five times I’ve ordered from here my sandwiches are incorrect, it take anywhere from and hour to an hour and a half just to receive my order, and the people who deliver the food are very questionable. Will NOT be ordering from here ever again.

This was my first time ever having Jimmy John's food. For me this is just another deli sandwich nothing special. They have a drive-through. Plenty of parking. As for the cashier she was friendly, but i didn't ask to eat in but for take out & when my order was ready another person handed me my two sandwiches without being in a Togo bag ( her bags are free even in grocery stores ) so she got us a bag handed it to me and made me put it in the back myself. In addition to the person before me she did the same thing I found it kind of rude.As for the store, I found it very clean and beautiful inside. I doubt I'll ever go back to Jimmy John's because in California we have many other better places for a sandwich Know what I visit again this business when I'm in Mattoon Illinois

I got an unwhich, tuna salad. It didn't stay together, they put tomatoes on it (they are not on the ingredient list for this sandwich), and the 2 cucumber slices were as thin as rice paper. The fella that took our order was awesome. The sandwich "artist" needs practice. Some "art" is not up for interpretation.

They messed up my order and when I called I received a rude response and they told me to drive across town to fix what was a delivery order. Poor service and rude behavior for such high prices and constant mistakes.

Store is 5-10 minutes away. Ordered at 2:13, out for delivery at 2:34, then food was in limbo for 30 minutes with no update. When the driver arrived at 3:03 the food was room temperature.Edit: Tried ordering again on the Sep 29. The food took two and a half hours to arrive and was warmer than room temperature, and we had to throw it away when it got here. While we were waiting we called. The man was apologetic, but unfriendly over the phone. Gave it a shot, but definitely would not recommend spending money here :(

Ordered delivery through the mobile app, with customizations for the jalapeno wrap. Unfortunately, the #7 Spicy Italian I also ordered received the customizations of no tomatoes, extra crispy jalapenos, and no cheese. Made for a strange surprise when the driver dropped off our order! I called the store, they offered to remake and redeliver our order.
