The service was terrible.. the whole crew was out smoking when I went in they was going out .. I waited and waited.. when they came in they said be with you in a minute and waited 10 minutes more . None of them washed their hands. One boy was stuffing food in his mouth watching me at the counter waiting.. I specifically ordered a dark meat dinner for my hubby. He doesn't like the white meat.. I live in Findlay and it was a foggy low visibility drive... The chicken was one breast and a piece of unidentified piece that was so dried out we threw it out... When I called the manager wanted me to bring it back up there.. I wasn't driving back up there.. the place was also filthy.. Unless they change their way of business it's not worth the money at all

The sort-of rare KFC. I came in here for something different and got a chicken sandwich and probably too much mashed potatoes. It was decent enough, but like most KFC's the service was below average. They're also missing their sign. The Sweet Lightning Mt Dew is a pretty good rare flavor. I'll be back here, but at their prices it won't be too often.

Nothing but kids wanting to be on their phones, terrible customer service, chicken that has obviously been setting on the counter for way too long, and the one piece of "fresh" chicken was as pink as a rare steak on the inside. How does a chicken place suck so bad at making chicken?

Ordered around 1010 am to hopefully pick up after they opened at 1030 walked inside said it would be a 30 min wait went to walk back in and doors was locked at 11am called them and said it would be another 15 min wait got my order through drive through around 1120 got home half my order was missing tried calling them and no answer both times would not recommend this kfc go somewhere els or go lambos chicken out by movie Theater instead horrible experience and yes would have went somewhere els but I ordered online and already spent the 35$

We went there last night, pulled up at the drive-thru, ordered a two-piece meal and a famous bowl, they didn't have no breast cooked up they informed me that it would be 7 min. They had us pull up cuz there was other people behind us, needless to say we sat there for 30 minutes or more waiting on our food. I went in to check and see how long it was going to be, and they couldn't tell me, they were busy the manager said, so I went back to the car waited a little longer. The next time I went in there I was determined to get a refund!!! I was very upset!!! I probably stood there for 5 minutes just to get a refund I couldn't get waited on... There was several other people requesting a refund as well because nobody could get their food... Very poor service!!! Very surprised there was even a chart available to rate them... My rating is 0!!!

Used to love this place now it's sad to admit that the food was simply upsetting n guy from drive was emotionless and seemed irritated to have to wait on
I was made to wait 5 minutes to get my order taken even though there wasn't anyone in the drive thru. Then it took forever the guy at the window to bring me my drink and take my payment. Then it took them forever to get my order to me after making me pull up after making wait. When I'd checked the bag halfway home, 25 minutes after leaving the drive thru, it was wrong. When I called the store they were rude and refused to remedy the experience WORST dining experience I have EVER had!

Went in for lunch. Employee brought us our meals without saying anything. I had to go ask for utensils, salt, and our biscuits. Was told they don't have biscuits, but we could get a side instead...except mac and cheese because it was still frozen. Other patrons waited at the counter for several minutes before getting any attention. Restaurant was recently remodeled. Fairly nice on the inside. Outside looks lackluster. Sign has been broken/missing for months now. Would much rather patron other places in town.

They had to close so they could have the place CLEANED. Haven't been there in years. Back in the good old days, I believe the KFC was on Lakeland Blvd. Their food was almost as good as my momma's fried chicken!
