Pulled up at about 11:30 dude at the window was dang near sleeping got 2 McChickens a large and a medium fry, the McChickens were loaded with mayo and a salad on the side and the Fry's tasted like there were some of the oldest Fry's in the game boy, I'm talkin bout when lil Waynes dreads were still alive and kickin!!

As if it's not bad enough that they don't stay open 24 hours a day like the rest of McDonald's and they don't serve breakfast 24 hours like the rest of the McDonald's now they apparently don't take $50 bills or $100 bills to pay for your food either it seems like they keep jacking up their prices along with all the rest of the McDonald's but they offer less and less service than all the rest of the McDonald's n don't ever try to order 2-20 piece chicken nuggets because you'll never get all 40 nuggets anytime we've ever tried to order 2-20 piece nuggets for my two sons we've only gotten 30 nuggets and for some reason the McDonald's on one side of Mattoon charges higher prices than the McDonald's right on the other side of Mattoon go figure

I come here about four times a year and it's always something. Today was no different bunch of deplorable managers that like to antagonize people when they're p aggravated about the sub par service. Today was the last day I will ever go to this McDonald's. They even threatened to call the cops on me in the drive-thru. Mess around and catch a case at this McDonald's

Whoever the guy is with all the tattoos deserves a raise.
I have been handed coffee and burned by the lid not being on multiple times. If my grandmother was handed that coffee with the disrespectful attitude by the window employee I would’ve called the police. This is the last time I will get anything at this establishment and I know that doesn’t matter. But the girl needs a different job like sweeping or cleaning windows. Hot food and beverages aren’t for her to pass out or someone’s going to get hurt and sue your location!

Filet o fish was on a stale hamburger bun instead of the normal steamed bun. Fish was overcooked. Ordered an unsweet tea received a sweet tea. I'm diabetic so I threw it out. It's a typical McDonald's. Some days it ok and on other days, it's a train wreck, lol.
