Horrible service rude as Hell! Expensive 20+ per person if you order a drink during Sundays. Food is far below average and it's always soggy chicken and no beef on buffet, not to mention freezer burnt Ice

Most of the food was room temperature, crab Rangoon was dry and nasty, several times I watched them bring hot food out and put cold food right on top. Was there for over an hour, and if you don't get the food right when it comes out, it gets cold and dry. The rice (both of them) was undercooked on the border of crunch/hard in the middle.If they fixed these issues I'd dine in more often, they have a huge selection of food, a salad bar, a desert bar, and a sushi bar. (Which was not labeled, which rolls were which)The staff is always very kind and tent to do everything they can for you. I told my waitress something was out and a few minutes they refilled it, And she informed me so I'd have first dibs.!Parking: Your in an outfit mall so your bound to find a spot for the buffet!Kid-friendliness: Kids will yell and get their own plates, so I'd say their pretty friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: The doors will be hard to get in if your alone, but their is enough room between tables to fit a chair.

I don't like leaving bad reviews but this is my last time that I'm going to eat at this place! I frequently went to QQ whenever I was in Mattoon and most of the time it was not great but just ok. Went Saturday just after opening at 11:30 and everything, I mean everything was cold, except the garlic chicken! The chicken wings were so tiny that I think if you was to have a DNA test done on them you would get the results back as not being chicken. Probably Pigeons!

Average for a buffet of this type. I tried frog legs here for the first time and they're not really my thing. The server was nice enough. Nothing spectacular but not bad either.
