pulled up 15 min till close..one car in front of me, by time I got to the window it was exactly 8 the girl rudely said "we are closed" I asked can you make a exception I been waiting in line 15 min she said" no exception ". poor customer service always bad attitude like they hate working there..

I pulled up to drive thur only and was told wait one minute we will be with you as soon as we can. 5 minutes go by I said hello the girl rudely said "I said one minute I'll be with you" I just left I think she was trying to run the clock down to 8 since they closed at 8pm. It was 740pm when I was there. Pretty disappointing all I wanted was a hot chocolate and doesn't the staff realize if we customers don't come by and order they are not needed at this job! There was only one car in front of me. I don't think she was swamped with work.

Drive through is slow but the friendly staff make up for it.
3 employees talking behind the counter and none acknowledged I was standing there ready to order. I wasn't in a hurry but not going to waste my time waiting to order then waiting another 6-8 minutes for my drink. The place could really be cleaned up too

Friendly, but slow service at drive through. I always have a mobile order. When I get to the drive up, I'm told to wait even before I can say I have a mobile order. I sit and wait. There was a line, today's order was 15 minutes past the estimated time given when I placed my order.

There is 1 drink I get from here, and when it's made right, it's amazing, but for right now, I'm giving the service 3 stars only because my mom got the same drink I get 2 different times and both times they were made completely wrong, so I had to have them fix them myself.
