Went here a few days ago and I had to put a review in. I ordered a blizzard with extra toppings and was charged for them, but when I got it most of the cup was vanilla ice cream, I have been to plenty of Dairy Queen’s and ordered this same blizzard and this was definitely not enough ingredients so I drove around again and politely asked for some extra toppings or a remake! The employee was extremely rude and confrontational and demanded I pay again for the blizzard if I wanted her to make me a new one! Her attitude made me and my girlfriend very uncomfortable and we genuinely lost our appetite!! The employee working that night on December 1st at 7pm should be fired ,I will never in my life be coming back here!!!

Normally love this place says they’re open till 10 o’clock at night. I came here at 9:15 to get some ice cream after work and all the lights were on. I sat in the drive-through for five minutes no one answered. Pull around to the front to try and go inside. Lobby closes at 8:30 so I swing back around to the drive-through and the menu light is off and they turned the lobby lights off. Why does it say you guys are open till 10 o’clock when you guys are closing an hour early. I would have been less mad. If they just told me they were closing early instead of ignoring me.

Came in for a large cookie dough blizzard, (my order they did was correct) but the medium blizzard was supposed Carmel Chocolate cheesecake. When I got to the window, they NEVER confirmed my order, they just told me 11.99 or something close to that price and handed me a different item that I never asked for. When the individual opened the window to give the debit back (unsure if unkown order was canceled), I also never received a receipt for that unknown purchase nor asked if id like a receipt (which in a food business, it's legally required to provide a receipt or ask if id like one) I told them this isn't what I order, the individual gave me attitude then proceeded to ask "then what was your order". I told them my order twice then the individual came back to the window after talking to one of the co-workers and told us, it was going to be four extra dollars. The individual charged the card again and when I got the card back, I NEVER received a receipt again nor was I asked if I wanted a receipt. So I asked for receipt, that individual shut the window and stated "now he's asking for a receipt" to a coworker, probably thinking I couldn't hear all that good. I did receive my receipt and both blizzards WITH lids we "NEVER" asked for. But when we pulled away, we discovered that BOTH blizzards were milky and the medium "Carmel Chocolate cheesecake" was just a 2 piece Chocolate piece and 2 peice cheesecake peice with NO Carmel. I went back to see if the order could be corrected, but the individual stated "we already took a bite out the blizzard and she made it" we never took a bit or should I call it a "ship" of the blizzard since it was extremely milky. But the individual refused to make a new blizzard because she stated "she put two scoops of everything in it. 1, that was a complete lie, but the individual stated she can just put extra Carmel in it, if liked. But that wouldn't change the fact that NOTHING else was in it. 2 small peices of cheesecake and chocolate and I'm being ask if I wanted extra Carmel. No I wanted an actual medium caramel chocolate cheesecake and NOT no Medium Vanilla/ Carmel Blizzard or should I say again sweet milk. I'll never be back there again.

So rude!! Almost every time i come here I get attitude from one of the girls working. I have worked in customer service so I understand what they go through but don't have to work in customer service if you can't even be nice through a drive through! Place need new staff in general. Much rather drive 20+ minutes to the next location.
Ice cream is always good. But this location is horrible. They need to move to an easier accessed location. They would make more money.You have to drive around the back of Epic Deli and the back building area. After you order is one sharp as left turn to get in line with the drive thru. Plus the outside drive thru area is really filthy. They need to wash the wall and put new advertising up. Hey owners give the outside some care.

Went to this location for a specific blizzard, very easy as it was only 3 ingredients. Did not receive what I ordered. I kindly asked what was in it and this isn't what I ordered. It was missing the chocolate cone dip that I specifically mentioned and got something with peanut butter. When I declined the offer of just adding the cone dip to it, the girlrolled her eyes and took my blizzard back with a major attitude. It took literally one minute for her to remake it properly. Need work on customer service skills and potentially reading back what someone ordered at the speaker may be helpful to avoid things like this. I now see why there's so many poor reviews.

I've read some of the comments here and have to agree with most when they have had bad service or the order was wrong. I've gone there a few times over the couple years being it is the ONLY one in the area. I always get pb blizzard Xtra pb. Two times one had nothing but vanilla ice cream, second time I got reeses pb cups. I want what I ask for. The girls here are very rude and the attitudes!!!! When customers complain that means fix the problem. It seems the responses from DQ are basically...oh sorry, come try us again. Bad customer service!!!!

Worst Dairy Queen on the planet. Went there with a coupon that they refused to honor. First excuse was they did not have a scanner to except it. Looked at the bottom of the coupon and it said if they say they don't have a scanner to use this provided code. They refused to use the code. I emailed corporate about this. Got no response back since this appears to be false advertising mixed with bait and switch since I was emailed the coupon I tried to use. Next time I went there I got a blizzard that had bits of plastic mixed into a butterfinger blizzard. My wife and I threw out are ice cream. Have never seen a Dairy Queen run this poorly in my entire life.
