Would be 5 stars if they had an actual menu on a board or something. Other than that the places was great. The epic BLT was awesome had tons of bacon on it. With it had more tomatoes that were cut thicker though. The fries were good and the ghost ketchup had good flavor and heat. I’ll be back to try more stuff as they offer so much.
I used to love going to lunch or dinner here, but the prices are out of control. I understand the cost of products is way up, buy $22 for a foot long sandwich? Going to miss them.

This place has become just a massive rip off. In just the past few years the prices have absolutely SKYROCKETED. And you don't even get that large of portions. If the owners can't offer affordable and reasonable pricing then they should call it

Look, I'm not here downing the business because the few times I've been here the staff was always friendly. The atmosphere is not really my kinda thing, but to each his own. I think it could be a little brighter inside. Not too important though. Anyways, the food is always good! I'll definitely give them that. Tasty & fresh, they get 2 thumbs up ????. Since I haven't been there in a while, I 4got how pricey the food is. They are extremely high in my book. I spent OVER $40 on an Italian beef sandwich, fry, fried mushrooms and soda. I even tipped them (something like $3) because I tend to support family & small businesses. But I've could've gotten a bigger beef sandwich and 2 large cheese fries and large drink for about $15 less at Portillo's.....and I have. Just saying. ??♂️ I would probably go back one more time for a sub sandwich just because I've never had one and there's not really any good sub sandwiches around this area (McHenry) like on the Southside of Chicago.

I drive all the way from Racine WI just to treat myself to Epic Deli. Well worth the drive. I always go home with a couple bottles of their hot sauce too. The spicy tomato hot sauce is AMAZING on pizza.

Small sandwich, way to overpriced, food was really not that good definitely not worth the price, and it took forever to get made.
1st timer?. I have a thing were I must try the beef combos 1st anywhere I go that sells beefs ? it was like I was in the 80's and 90's! BEEFS, ARCADES, CLASSIC POP MUSIC ? Chicago sport teams decor.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of tables and space, Hotdogs French fries hamburger and video games. If I were still a kid I would love it!
