Should have tipped -20%UPDATE: Co worker ordered online and again they delivered to a different location where it specifically noted where to deliver. We had to hunt our order from different departments. We had to call the store and ask where the order is. What a joke.

I recently had the pleasure of having Gavin as my delivery driver from Jimmy Johns. He was incredibly friendly and professional. He arrived on time and was very helpful in ensuring that my order was correct. He was also very knowledgeable about the menu and was able to answer any questions I had. I was very impressed with his service and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great delivery experience. Gavin deserves 5 stars for his excellent service!

After getting food we asked for a cup for water/ice and was told by snarky cash register lady that would be extra after we already checked out and paid, again for water not pop after spending $36 what a joke lady how miserable do you have to be, Lord help these sad workers

I don’t understand this place. They say they are open until 4 on saturdays but I went there at 2:45pm and they were locked and cleaning up. 4 employees turned around and stared at me when I tried the door and did nothing. So I guess they just close at random times now?

We visited while in the area to go to Richardsons. The staff was warm and welcoming, we had no issues with our order. My family loves Jimmy Johns, it is a standard place we visit and our typical "safe spot" where we know we will all find something to eat. The bread on this day was ::muaw:: chefs kiss! So soft, perfectly baked. All sandwiches were accurate and delish! The manager (owner maybe?)Was working on something at the front table and greeted every person who came in and thanked them as they left.

Over years past, my wife and I have always enjoyed the sandwiches at Jimmy Johns. We have ordered from other JJ's and everything was good except at this Jimmy's. Very dispointed by far! We had ordered two 18 inch Vito subs. Very little meat and cheese. I could not believe the cost per sub for what I paid for! Also, the edges of the salumi were dried! I could of given just one star, but things have changed everywhere with the high cost of products. I just don't like the fact that prices get raised and not much is given! The picture of the sub is their picture so trust me when I say this, "They do not look like it at all!" Sorry Jimmy, you guys really need to do better!
