Unfortunately my visit was very, very poor. I enjoy going out for a Friday lunch date with my wife and daughter. This Friday we decided to try Kim and Patty's as it was highly rated on Google and has been around for quite a long time.We ordered the Crispy Chicken Volcano (which was told to be VERY SPICY, it is not) wrap which essentially was a chicken tender wrap with Asian Zing sauce from buffalo wild wings, the chicken salad sandwich and the kids chicken tenders with fries.With the wrap I had ordered the house made chips, which were not edible. I was not able to even bite through the chips, it was almost as if they were cooked the day before and served to me cold. Not only were they not crunchy they had absolutely no salt. The coleslaw that was provided with the meal had absolutely no flavor.My wife had the chicken salad sandwich, which also was flavorless. She had to actually add seasonings from the table to enjoy the sandwich.I really really tried to like the food and overall it was a very disappointing experience.Not only was the food bad, we had a very long wait 45 min+ after ordering our food because of "around 30 or 40 orders from doordash and uber eats" that become priority over sitting guests, as our waitress mentioned. She was so busy she couldn't checkout the table of older (80+ year olds) asking to leave.I am very disappointed in my time at Kim and Patties. As much as I really wanted to support my local business, I highly suggest going elsewhere if you can.

Service was top notch. Place was PACKED and we didn't wait for anything. Everything came out hot and perfectly cooked. Waitresses amazing first time here probably chose the worst day to come and they were KILLING IT!! GREAT JOB!

We love going to Kim & Patty's for breakfast, brunch, lunch but also for special occasions like Mother's Day and birthdays. We have taken family members from out of town and they all rave about the place and tell us they can't wait to come back. We have one cousin that goes there just to look at all the military photos, we have a large military family. One time I was super sick and ordered for pick up because the only thing I had a taste for is on their menu and always delicious. I wish the place was bigger and had more bathrooms to accommodate bigger groups on busier days but for day to day, it works well. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Prices are competitive. I've never had an issue with getting the wrong item or a plate made with incorrect ingredients. My sister is gluten free and she has been able to eat there with no issues and found several gluten free items on the menu.

I can't I haven't eaten here before! So so good! Clearly a local favorite. The walls are filled with pictures of veterans as a tribute/memorial. The service is personal and excellent. I will definitely be back!!!

Not my favorite breakfast spot. Their location is very odd being in the middle of a corporate park and inside doesn't scream welcoming but if you want decent food this is a good place.

I just love this hidden gem! Food is always excellent, service is friendly, and I love the pancakes. Mexican skillet is my favorite for breakfast. Wraps are great for lunch and the homemade chips with ranch for dipping = amazing.
