In the last four visits, I have been overcharged for a breakfast sandwich twice. I was promised by the employee this would be made rightvand that person has not been at the register since this happened. I have topped by twice to see the store manager and that person has not been there.

Absolutely outrageous service I pull up to the speaker and breakfast is displayed then it's switched to lunch. The lady next to me notice the same thing and asked for breakfast which wasn't a problem for her but when a i asked for a breakfast menu item the guy said they're no longer serving breakfast. So the lady that orders 5 seconds before is allowed to get breakfast but I'm not? The guy told me that we're not doing the breakfast menu anymore and I even asked him why he let the lady next to me order them and he got all pissy and said "get the fuck outta my drive thru if your going to complain" absolutely unacceptable and outright disrespectful.

Not surprised to see this McDonalds is averaging just 1.7 stars on reviews. There is an older lady Sandy who works there as a manager or oversees the drive-thru. What a gem of a sweetheart she is! We placed a mobile order for diet cokes for $1 each .. and it rang up for full price (over $4). We ask that it be refunded and we had a re-order in place ready to go. She seem really put out by request. She said "well, you ordered it. We have nothing to do with the app". Her tone was nasty ... and she finally figured out how to process the refund. Submitted the re-order on the mobile app and sent to 2nd window. She was at 2nd window and said loudly that we do not still get our drinks since we were fully refunded. We asked her why she was yelling and calmly gave her our re-order code. She gave us a nasty look and got us our drinks and asked curtly if we wanted straws. I said yes ... and she glared at us after giving us the r straws... as if we were the ones who screwed up. I told her to have a wonderful day and drive away. Sandy: If you are too old and hate this job .. then here's an idea: QUIT

I only come here when i absolutely need to. 3 times in the past 2 months i have come and ordered a regular chicken mcgriddle. every time i get to the window they ask “did you get the spicy chicken patty” i’ll tell them no i got the regular please make sure it’s the regular. every time i leave i leave with a spicy. my boyfriend this morning has to WAIT for a fresh chicken mcgriddle because they didn’t have any regulars ready and still somehow left with a spicy. how do you manage that? i’ve never given them attitude while being incompetent but i have received attitude from them because they can’t punch it in correctly. you’d think they would get it right if i confirm at the window and the speaker. usually i wouldnt care because mcdonald’s is mcdonald’s.. but when you mess up my breakfast. the first food i have all day then there’s an issue. ? please learn to give out the right food to your customers i’ll be going to 31

This place SUCKS! BEAR FAMILY restaurants (all of them) operate on some standard that doesn't serve the public. Every indication (including the App that let's you order & takes your money) says they're open but when you show up, there's a little old lady who takes 4 minutes to answer on the headset to say they're closed...even though there's clearly 5 employees inside....da fuq you getting payed for?

Not great in comparison to every other location. The food is decent, however I cannot continue to go here for iced coffees. The coffee is either sour, tastes like mildew, or has no cream. There’s never even a hint of the flavor I ask for. I’m a mega pumpkin spice guy and I only get one month a year to get my pumpkin spice iced coffees, so I’m going to hold off on this location until the season has ended. There’s one young lady in particular that makes a delicious iced coffee, but she’s always on the register when she is working. Food is pretty solid, better than most locations, it’s just those damned iced coffees. Not a great way to start the day that’s for sure. It’s just a shame because it’s the perfect location for me to get my coffee and go. ‘Tis the pumpkin season so what needs to be done will be done if it means going off elsewhere out of the way.
