My family and I came in at a busy time. We were a big group. And order was confusing because we all wanted different check. I'm not going to go into all the details. However I do want to say Sara the manager was AWESOME! She came and listened to our concerns and fixed the problem. I just loved the way she handled the situation with care. I just want to day she's the best and Olive Garden is so Lucky to have her as a part of the leadership team. Thank you Sara you are the best!!!

After making a 6pm reservation for our party for my granddaughters birthday, we waited for 30 minutes, and were then told it would be another hour to be seated. What is the point of making a reservation ahead of time? I feel horrible for my granddaughter. what a birthday disappointment. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Most of the food comes in premade and frozen, no chef needed.You can no longer make even simple substitutions (crispy chicken in place of grilled) because the meals are pre-packed. When they are charging over $20 a plate, I just don't see the value.

Our server Yasmine was such a gem! We loved each others style right off the bat but the vibe she brought to the table made our night just that much more special. She was so sweet and took great care of us! We loved the whole atmosphere encouraging everyone to be themselves with colorful hair and nails throughout the whole resturant. Food tasted great and we will definetly be coming back for more!

This is specific to the Olive Garden in McHenry, IL. We arrived just after 8pm, 2 hours before closing, on a week night. It was nearly empty. Waiter was nice but slow to come around, and never came back after our meals were served. Appetizers were fine. One entree was good with uncooked vegetables, two entrees were just okay, and one was inedible. I've never had less than a very good experience at an Olive Garden before. I hope it's just this one restaurant and not a chain-wide malaise.

Came on my birth day and had shrimp the shrimp was not to good and barely had any shrimp on it and was mostly noodles but our waitress was nice and there was no one there so it was amazing. Because it was my birthday I got a free dessert choose the hot Italian donuts with chocolate, really
