Went through the drive thru this morning and ordered an iced white mocha no whip and a bacon egg and gouda breakfast sandwich. The drink came with whipped cream which I could live with but the real issue came from the fact that my breakfast sandwich came with literally just egg and not the bacon and cheese that it was supposed to. I had already left when I noticed so having it fixed wasn’t really an option unfortunately

My husband and I have been to different Starbucks and two have tried to charge on two separate occasions! We are not asking for extra base! We will not be paying an additional $1 just because we are requesting LIGHT WATER NO ICE!Water is inexpensive and that is the liquid of choice that we choose!
