Went to Starbucks in McHenry IL, and did a mobile order and ordered 4 black teas with no ice and no water. They’ve always fill up the cup all the cups before to the top. This is what they gave me today. Called the manager, she told me ,”that’s the way the come”. But they never did this before. Very Disappointed with the service. Should not offer the option if you don’t get a full cup of tea! Don’t have the option of no water no ice if you can’t do that!

Honestly, I drive a little further out of the way to this location because the drinks are more tasteful here than any other location. Cory is my favorite barista. She is so personable and has the best attitude even when the store is getting slammed with customers. She reminds me of how people in the food service should be!

Yeah this was really good as far as just doing a drive-up carryout. The ladies have them. Window were fun. They were upbeat, helpful, friendly, and felt like you knew them from somewhere before.Would definitely recommend this place next time I'm stopping in and picking up some of that atmosphere for a while longer....

It's Starbucks so I get my impossible sandwich and my oleato, I'm a happy camper, sometimes egg bites too, and I'm back on the road making money!Vegetarian options: Impossible Sandwich or egg bites because you aren't a VeganDietary restrictions: They have keto, Paleo, gluten free, lo carb etc, just read the menu, and if they are out of something make a special request.Parking: It's a normal parking situation, but if it's busy watch out for the drive thru, and everyone in and out of the parking spotsKid-friendliness: It's clean.

The nicest staff ever. Seriously. They know us by name at this location but even before they did we always drove away saying "these people are so nice wow." They have never ever messed up any of our orders which is stellar. The inside is always clean! I like to meet people here for a quick local catch up. The only downside to this location is that when it's busy parking is wild because the drive through can back out onto Elm Street.
