Ordered some tacos without sour cream and some without tomatoes they totally messed up my order. English speaking is not their strong point. This has happened at this Taco Bell at other times. Very dissatisfied with this McHenry Taco .

This has to be one of the worse Taco Bells in the area. Everytime we go through the drive through they screw up our order. We just went through tonight to pick up our kids dinner. The lady at the drive through handed us our food. We asked her if that was everything. She said yes. We pulled up and checked and half of our order was missing. We went back through the drive through and told them half our order was missing. We went back to the window with the same lady. She couldn't sat sorry. She glared at us and threw our food at us. I could not belive how rude she was.
