Tried 2 separate random times to come here and they were closed even though their hours stated that they'd be open. Very frustrating and you know that this is a common occurrence since the visits were months apart.

Overall, it's nothing more than a glorified "nutrition" pop up with shakes, teas, and bowls made from Herbalife products. These store fronts are popping up all over the place.Had the acai bowls which were good, but to call this a nutrition shop or store is very, very misleading.

My friend & I stopped in for the first time after a bike ride in Moraine Hills State Park as a “post peddle” treat.The choices are extensive so likely something on the menu for everyone. Staff were friendly & they beamed with pride as they answered our questions, so much so, I mistook them as the owners because it’s rare to see staff with such genuine pride in their workplace! Owner was there & he was kind & informative. A real friendly & up beat atmosphere.It was difficult to choose from all the offerings (which just means we will be back numerous times LOL) but my friend had the banana chocolate shake & I had the mango pineapple. Both were extremely delicious & filling while still being light & refreshing. I felt full but it didn’t sit heavily in the stomach.We will definitely be back!! It’s a perfect treat! My only suggestion would be to add a bit of color to the walls of the place.
Listen to me. This place is awesome!!! They got the most unique and delicious flavors for protein shakes and energy tea drinks. I also highly recommend that you try their bowls and protein waffles. Everything they have is real and natural and nothing taste fake or processed. I’m drinking the butter pecan protein shake as we speak and it’s very delicious and filling.. the owner Jose is very positive and uplifting!

Disappointed, I thought this was a local family owned smoothie shop but its not.They are powder based products from a 3rd party.
