10 out of 10 do not recommend eating here! Yesterday my mom went here and picked up two spicy chicken sandwiches. 6 hours or so later I’m throwing up and have diarrhea. So thank you Wendy’s for the epic food poisoning. Few hours after I got it my mom is sick now. Not only can I not trust a fart for the next two days but I’m stuck in bed with body aches and a fever.

The food is okay. Not great not bad. The service however is bogus. They forget basic utensils and condiments every time without fail, and they allow people to chat at the window for 10 minutes without even a look back to check if food is ready whereas I get pushed to the parking lot if my food isn’t ready at the window within seconds, and then it takes even longer and they still forget the sauces. Not worth it imo

I went through the drive-thru this evening and the kid interacting with me at the window acted like I was completely inconveniencing him by existing. He gave me a dirty look because I asked for a cup of water when I got to the window and then was visibly frustrated by the fact that I asked for an additional straw for said cup of water. Luckily, I pulled over and checked my bag after I pulled off and I was missing a couple things so I went back and let him know. Instead of just a quick ‘I’m sorry about that’ or anything customer service related he stared at me, got the items and pushed them out the window without one word. I’m not expecting someone to be over-the-top kind at a drive-thru but it would have been nice to be shown any shred of emotion other than complete annoyance and disdain.

My experience was at the drive thru. Service was okay, food was not good....not compared to previous experiences at Wendys.So...as a benefit of doubt, I went back about two weeks later. This time I dined in. Staff was okay...food, just as bad as previous experience. The dining room was dirty, beverage area machines....counter with straws and napkins was a mess.
