This location no longer has many items that Boston Market is know for. It no longer has thier gravy. They only had beef gravy that was made from a packet.they no longer have any of thier guys desserts, like thier good chocolate chunk cookies. They also didn't have most of the branded cups and bags. The service has never been very good at this location, but in the past they still had all they awesome Boston Market food. Now that this location is missing many items I would avoid this location.

Horrible! Will never eat again! Use to be good. Chicken skin was dried, the creamy spinach was bad, macaroni cheese watery no good. Pot pie was cold. Never again!

Food was very good, we got a family meal with 3 sides. The only thing it was the corn bread was a little hard, maybe overcooked. Other than that, staff was nice and food was good.

This restaurant doesn’t answer their phone nor do they have anything in stock.. you actually can’t talk to anyone about this situation ?? they are trying too hard to hold on however I suggest to let it go and close the doors ? like the others has done!!!

Look.... I'm not sure if this is an independently owned location but... This ?? food ?? was ?? terrible ??! I'm so mad that I wasted my $14The mac and cheese was a watery mess. The chicken was so dry and over cooked with NO seasoning whatsoever and somebody please tell me how to mess up broccoli?!?On top of that, my food wasn't even in a regular Boston Market container, It was in a styrofoam tray. I don't even get a Boston Market bag. It was one of the generic bags that say "thank you".And seriously I looked at the lot and the exterior when I was pulling in and it was... Weird I almost didn't go in. I should've followed my first mind.Y'all, I was so mad.

So this location was closed for a while and then re-opened. My assumption is that this had to do with management. I picked up an order today for dinner and the chicken had no flavor , not the boston market flavor, the mash potatoes are not creamy or flavorful. The chicken did not seem fresh. So disappointed in the food, it does not live up to the boston market brand.

I went here at 2pm on a Sunday when they had been open since 11am, and asked for a family meal. I was told that they didn't have enough chicken, and I would need to wait an hour. Isn't chicken the main thing that they should have ready? Especially being open for hours. After looking at the sides that they had out, I'm glad I didn't get to eat here. Everything looked dry and picked over. Very disappointing.

For the people wondering why everything is so trash. Jay pandya the owner of Boston market is not paying any of these people. He is a fraud. All of the food is store bought by the employees because no vendor will work with Boston market because jay pandya does not pay the vendors. The mashed potatoes are boxed mashed flakes, the chicken is old, and the sides are either frozen bag veggies or from a can. He also does not pay the rent for any of the locations nor does he pay the employees. And if he does pay the employees they work for free for months on end until he decides he wants to pay them. I am a previous manager at the Chicago location. We will not be receiving W2’s because he wasn’t reporting us to the government for our work. I am still owed 2 checks that he has refused to give me because I would not come in and work for free. No one is helping us. Not department of labor nor unemployment. I’m not sure how we will file taxes. If you do not believe this review search the name Jay pandya in google. He filed for bankruptcy a month ago. He refuses to pay his employees, vendors, and building owners. He owes millions in lawsuits. This isn’t his first ride around the rodeo. He is lawyered up and not care about our comments of taking him to court. So please be kind with the employees working here because it is not their fault. All of it is out of their control. All they can do is their best. We have families to feed and bills to take care of and this man used us. If anyone can help us or shine a bigger light on our situation it would be greatly appreciated
