Staff is lazy, I had a “larger” order including all things that get sauce. I get home and not one sauce in my bag. I called and was told sorry… wanna come back? No I don’t I want to come back and have my food be ice cold. your staff needs to do better, this isn’t the first time. And it’s getting old. When spending restaurant money on fast food at least provide all included.

You call these chicken nuggets? Give it up. Wendy’s and McDonald’s owns chicken nuggets. Whopper was whopptastic. The large fries? Psh what large fries?. They gave me a large fry container but barely fry in it. It was like a slap on my bottom. What a disgrace. But the whopper was good. Will be coming back for the whopper.

After a long day at work my husband and I decided to stop at BK. We live right around the corner from it and have visited this location several times. This was the first time we were greeted with just a friendly and uplifting personality through the drive through speaker. Once we met her at the window her bubbly and friendly personality shined even more. She was super sweet and it allowed us to end our long day on such a positive note. The best customer service I’ve had in a while and will definitely be coming back and hopefully have her attend us again.

Reason why i changed my review because i went back and was waiting for 15 min by the counter there was a worker who passed couple times by not once did she say i will be right with you. She just kept walking back and forth just taking orders through drive thru and never help me out. So i had to walk out and go somewhere else to eat.
Didn’t get the name from manager guy at drive thru with glasses is a bad worker or bad manager whatever he

All I saying OB means Off the Broiler. Not out a warning draw.You take and uncooked patty and send it down the broiler, letting the flames cook the patty fresh.Bad enough they are notcas thick as advertised. It's like eating a vegetarian sandwich. The dressings over power the thin slice of meat. You have to get a triple burger just to get the taste B K is famous for.
