I usually come to chipotle in between classes and get a chipotle bowl and order a large bag of chips… these were my chips yesterday. They thought my order was to go and that’s why they tried to give me broken chips and call it a day. Try again Chipotle.

Rudest customer service I have ever imagined. I went, placed my order .. paid and left. ( I live about 20 minutes from this location ) when I get home, I realized I paid for a large chip.. that wasn’t there. So I kindly call the store explaining my dilemma & the young lady immediately starts to interrogate me pushing me to believe she thought I was lying trying to get free food. So I responded to all her questions ( time, order number, server etc). She says I can come with the receipt and pick up the chips.. as I reply that I live farther than I would have hoped … so she offers me a refund for the missing chips as I politely accept. She then transferred the phone to her manager saying I would have to bring the physical copy of the receipt with me to receive the refund. I explain to her that’s not what the original employee stated over the phone & if that was the case I might as well just have went to get the chips. I ALWAYS go to this chipotle and I’ve never experienced anything like this .

Felicia and Andrew are amazing - my friend and I are meal prepping and we walked in asking if they could weigh 3 oz rice and 4 oz chicken, and they didn’t not hesitate at all. They were super helpful and measured it for us.Highly recommend coming here if you are meal prepping. Amazing customer service.

Pretty good food, Sunday night they had run out of guacamole, chips and fajitas vegetables-but still managed to make everything the way we wanted. My guess is it was end of the night and they were slammed before us.. The staff are always nice, even when people are jerks or hard to please. Solid work.

I have had Chipotle food only twice. A sreak burrito the first time and a burrito bowl on August 22. There is nothing great about this food. I dont see the fascination. Never again.

So I haven’t had Chipotle in over a month, and decided to go and finally pick some up to treat myself for a cheat day! I walk in, and immediately I get sent out because I didn’t have a mask even though Im vaccinated. So I was like o well, after that the lady that took my order was rude, and messed it up as well. Half way back to my job I check the bag and the bag of chips which I noticed she charged me for a large wasn’t inside so I pulled around and went to go get it! It doesn’t stop there! When I get back to my lunchroom I open the bowel, and not only did they short me immensely on the Chicken since I got double chicken, but the chicken was undercooked and chewy as well! Last time coming here guaranteed!

so disgusting i am hesitant to order chipotle again.the food was genuinely inedible. I ordered chips and guac and every single chip was soggy and wet or completely hard but unable to chew. You would grab a chip and bite into it and it would be completely hard but would not break off. every single one. it was disgusting. I dont even think i finished my food because it really ruined the meal. I had to write a review because idk what is going on at this location.

Yeah these people need to be fired! They have an attitude and well let's say they give you less that what the bowl really comes with. I mean we are paying for the ingredients, why don't hey have to half a** it. Especially when you ask for a little bit more they look at you like everything is free. Employees are ridiculously rude.

Recently walked into the store to order some food, and was immediately told there isn't any cheese or sour cream unless it's an online order. I had to while in store, order it online in order to receive cheese and sour cream. As a business owner, I'd revisit how to find a balance of supplying inventory for both in store customers and online customers.
