I think one of the strongest key points of the asadero were its red and green tomatillo sauces that had a unique and special 100% Mexican style flavor, and the chicken was always well cooked, golden brown and juicy.But just like in many restaurants, the same thing always happens, when they start to gain customers and demands increase, they begin to lower their quality and raise their prices, because they can no longer supply them and the owners begin to take advantage of the sales and that is very Good, but the bad thing is that they lower the quality and customers always end up noticing the difference and especially in the dishes.I realized that the sauces are no longer the same and the chicken has not come out well cooked several times, because we almost always order it to take home, and well, when it happens like this and you don't receive what you expect, well, no more.
