Walked in Sunday night at around 9:15pm. Place was dead. Asked politely for a double cheese burger with bacon. Dude behind the counter said, “We ain’t got no bacon left.” I said, “Okay then I guess I won’t have any bacon.” Then I said, “I will also have a medium French fry.” Dude said, “We ain’t got no French fries left.” Then I turned to my wife and she made it obvious that she was incredibly uncomfortable. Then we went to jewel to get some Rana pasta. This is not a Five Guys, it’s more like a Three Guys. Owner needs to stay on top of his staff, easily losing thousands of dollars.

The Hamburgers And Fries Were Delicious along with the milkshakes. But it's very Expensive I have never spend $70 on 3 double cheese burgers 3 large fires and 3 large milkshakes usually comes out to $40 dollars at other fast food restaurants. The extra fries that they throw in the bag can't complain about that but they don't even throw ketchup mini bags to go with your firesApart from that they forgot to make my 3 large milkshakes good thing I double checked my bags and I had my receipt and received my 3 missing large milkshakes.

Great place, kind of hard to find. Customer service was all good and the employees have a nice energy. The food: really REALLY REALLY expensive. I thought Portillos was expensive and boy was I wrong; still yummy and large portions.

It's always delish, real yummy fries (didn't have better) very tasty cheeseburgers with all extras that you can choose to make it even better. Never disappointed and always happy to eat at my favorite Five Guys fast food chain. ????

AVOID! 25 minutes late with order. No cheese on cheeseburgers, skimpy on fries (Five Guys never does this), everyone was waiting, no apologies. Five Guys in Oak Park was so much better but they closed it. Why??
Staff was decent, but the floors are disgusting and super sticky as if they have not been mopped in a long time. Greasy fingerprints are all over the store, the counters, doors, just everywhere.

This location is so unprofessional. I am not sure if this is the location which was previously in Oak Park, but I cannot see them being open long. Went in to order a Strawberry shake and was told the machine was "down". Asked why? Couldn't give an answer and then stated it would be down for the rest of the day and didn't no why. Not to mention they were only taking cash and offered no receipts. So I made the drive to downers grove where everything works just fine. Five Guys should be ashamed of themselves for the incompetence of this location!

Best burger I've ever tasted. I don't think anyone in the world can compete with Five Guys. Just an awesome, chewy taste, the Cajun fries are no slouch either and very delicious. I highly recommend this place, trust me you won't regret it.

Usually, I enjoy 5 guys but today went to melrose park, il store and the burger was undercooked (pink in the middle) and given minimal fries (ordered a small frie and given fries that filled the small frie cup....2 fries at the bottom of the bag). Very disappointing for a $15 single burger, sm fries and drink
