The food was average. Nothing to right home about. Usually Hooters has better food. The service was okay. Nothing took too long, but nothing was amazing. And then the atmosphere. For a Hooters this was pretty lame. Only 2 girls and a bartender. None of them were too friendly. Not the worst time, but not even close to a great time.

I dined in with my sisters.The waitress brought out chicken and, like 15 minutes later, brought fries out. The chicken was getting cold. We didn't receive our appetizers until after the food and fries came out, I sent the appetizers back at this point, paid for my food, and left.I'll go back to Downers Grove location. I won't return to this one.

Worst service ever! I been to this location multiple times and they always take 40mins to 1hr after the pick up time the app gives you. Every time I’m there I see how my food just sits there for 10-15mins without getting placed in the bag and handed to me! Waitresses will be talking to each other having a good time while my food just sits there waiting. Worst management ever!

Get rid of your "happy hour appetizers" if you're going to keep giving excuses that is not valid anymore. Twice we have been here for that and we were told that the ad should have been removed awhile back from the home office. So we end up having to pay for the regular price instead.

I placed a to go order, the pick up time was scheduled for 9:45 my husband waited over 30 minutes, and when he got home the food was cold and the fries which is the main thing my kids eat were missing.

Made a reservation for 5:30pm, at 6:30 we requested our food to-go because we still hadn’t received our order, at 7:00 we asked if our food had even been started, it had not. We were advised at that time that the kitchen was short staffed. I feel we should have been told when we were sat that there may be a significant delay so we could decided if we wanted to stay. We had our 5 year old and 5 month old with us, if 0 stars was an option I would choose that. Worst hooters experience ever!
