Very friendly staff decided to come quickly to grab a cup of coffee before work. Very nice staff and the food was smelling great. Almost decided to grab something to eat as well! I will be coming back.

I went here and bought two steak sandwich’s, a few alcapurias and half a pound of morcilla. As I was given my food to go I asked the girl if she can give me some condiments for all this food I ordered she tells me well I could only give u one! Like really? I just bought all this food and u can’t give me any sauce for my food? She had a bad attitude and on top of the service the food I was given was burnt and nasty I will never go here again!

My tortillas that came with the Mexican breakfast were moldy, I called to tell them about it, they didn't offer any solution or compensation whatsoever, all they said was okay we'll let the person know. I didn't want to eat any of the breakfast after seeing those tortillas. I won't be back

We had lunch today the beefstew was real soupy the dressing for the salad was the worst smell & taste horrible I give it 2 stars a friend recommended me when we walk a group of people were complaining about there food ,service & prices we should of left at that time but you live & you learn never will come

I visited Juniors Grill Cafe with my husband a few days ago; I'm sorry to say the whole experience was HORRIBLE!Where do I begin? The place is small, a few tables close to each other.....no one greeted us when we went in (even though I said good morning)It's one of those places where u order at the counter what u want to eat, pay and sit where u choose to sit.We are Cubans so like any good Cuban we ordered cafe con leche; it was boiling HOT, my tongue got burned; I have had plenty of café con leche (the equivalent of "latte" for white oriole) in many other places where the flavor is wonderful. For this cafe to cater to Cubans their cafe con leche is the worst I've ever had.We ordered pan con croquetas (another simple Cuban sandwich) and what we were given were simply 2 cut croquetas inside French bread; Nit toasted. NOTHING else added. In the other many Cuban restaurants we've been to in the Chicagoland area, such a simple sandwich has toasted, warm bread, with mayonnaise, ham and cheese.The prices are not that high, but I'd rather eat good Cuban food (or any other food) and pat more knowing that the food is worth it.We felt very disappointed since their menu looks great on paper but @ least the Cuban food we had was BAAAAD.We will never go there again and will make sure to tell others NOT to go.

This was my first time trying there food so maybe it was that day but first, I call to put an order in and the girl who answered started to take my order and after I tell her the first item, she doesn't even tell me to hold and starts talking and joking with someone , disregarding the fact that she's taking my order and after about a minute just gets back on phone, doesn't even apologize for the fact that she just stopped talking to me and resumed taking my order. For the food: we ordered the double steak sandwich and the pork double cuban sandwich. The steak sand was decent but kinda bland like it lacked salt and the cuban pork sandwich was decent except that the pork itself was very overly salted. I wanna go back another day just to try it again and give it another chance. Stay tuned!!!!!!
