Are waitress was rude. Asked her 3 times what was pirate on the menu . Never answered. All since we sat right next to the kitchen you can hear all the talking out loud and laughing. But I mean very loud. I also noticed that the waitress kept scratching her head. Passing her hands threw her head. Very gross. Plus when I walked in nobody asks if you need a table to sit. Finally I asked if I could sit at one table that was empty next to the kitchen. But I did love the food.

The atmosphere and food are good. What is not good here is the attention of the waitresses. I asked for plain water and they never brought it to me, I went with my mother and she asked for a straw and they told her to grab it from a bucket they have on the side on the counter. I think that when we are having a bad day we should not take it out on our clients or treat them badly. We do not come to ask for free food, we come to consume and pay as well as being treated well. In bad times it would have been better for me to stay home.

The food is amazing I LOVE IT! I just don’t like that there is a waitress that always talks about me and my mom when we go there. Very rude she got mad or something because my mom decided to move from one table to another table and since then every time we go she talks about us with the other workers. Very disrespectful if you ask me.

I always enjoyed eating at this place and I understand they get busy but when they serve your food to another table and then pick it up and reserve it to you so you start eating your food and you asked for drinks and they don’t take them to you so you have to stop eating that way you won’t choke and then they give you a attitude instead making it right this place is not what it is anymore they suck big time

Have a nice selection of gorditas that are homemade. Had chile paste, nopales, so I would recommend.Vegetarian options: Have Nopales, chile paso, rajas con queso, and beans as options for gorditas.

02/08/24 I came here today, and I had a bad experience. I ordered my food, and she brought me the wrong order. I didn’t say anything. I then ordered take out and they gave me the wrong order. I told the cashier that my order was wrong, and she got bothered. She was very disrespectful, I didn’t say anything to make her talk to me in that way. I just wanted my right order. She told me that there are people like that. That say they get the wrong order so they don’t have to pay. I asked for her name and she disrespectfully said that she wouldn’t give me her name. One goes to consume here, not to get things for free. Unfortunately the people working here don’t know how to treat the client in a respectful manner. The cashier is a young lady and it seemed like she was the one in charge. I won’t be coming here again just to be treated like this.

Nunca contestan el teléfono. Y cuando contestan siempre se escuchan apuradas en tomar la orden y cuando llegamos a nuestra casa con la orden falta 1 que otra cosa. Entiendo que están ocupados porque eh trabajado en restaurante también pero nunca fui grosera hablando por teléfono con un cliente.

Food is fantastic. Service is good. Atmosphere not so much. Always crowded and you have to wait quite a bit for the food on peak hours. Looks like they should have more staff at those times and they allow people off the street to go in and play music and most of the times is too loud and then they go around asking for money while you are eating. Maybe they should not allow that. The rest of the time they have Banda music playing loud on the TVs so we opted to pickup the food and take it home to avoid the hassles at the restaurant.
