The manager was wearing a very dirty shirt covered with handprints of flour and grease. The entire restaurant reeked of sour onions in burning beef grease. I have never eaten White Castle nor do I wish to and I don't know why or how anyone does. Add to that the fact that they place the top of the bun over the raw meat while the meat cooks on burning onions is truly disgusting and terrifying if you think of the food contamination.

I've eaten here b4 n there was a long line but the food was hot when I received it. This time there wasn't a long line n my food was cold. Even the cheese wasn't melted. I will continue 2 visit but will have 2 inform the cashier 2 make it fresh/hot.Parking: There is plenty of parking also 4 the handicap.

Nice experience!! Great vibe and nicely decorated. The employees made you feel like you were really dining out at an expensive restaurant with their service. My daughters (14) enjoyed it as well!
I've been going to this for almost 45 years. We always enjoy Valentine's Day at White Castle. I just wish my reservation would actually GET to the location!!!! This is the third year for this problem. Luckily the mgr knows us and can accommodate.
