Missing items. Order is never how you specify when ordering online. Place is unclean. Never answer phones. Sabrina at the counter has the worst customer service. She should not have a customer service job with her lack of ability to take care of customers. Finally taking business elsewhere.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Order a 5 piece tenders “PLAIN” had my timer on was in there for 45 mins ridiculous I canceled my order. The man is so rude. Kept saying 5 mins every damn 20 mins I was there. Do better

A young Hispanic lady walked past twice without greeting me or saying anything to me at all, when she did approach, she had a very disdainful mannerism, seemingly as if she had a dislike for black people, the reason I come to that conclusion is that when she took the next person behind me order, (which was a Spanish speaking person) she smiled and had a pleasant tone of voice, the workers need diversity training at this location

Grosssssss chicken sandwich. They also gave me wrong sauce!I ordered mango habanero and got bar b Que. disappointing. It wrecked my stomach.The side of wings were okay. Just kind of room temperature.Best part is their ranch dressing.

Ordered online and when arriving they only gave my husband the tenders which wasn’t even half of our order and made us wait about 20 minutes for the wings. When I called to speak to a manager I asked the manager why wasn’t the whole order given when arriving she said cause of it being a football night which I get they’re busy but I don’t think that justifies why the order wasn’t complete since the start she then told me “ if you don’t like it you can go somewhere else” this isn’t the first time going to this location and it’s pure caos in there with multiple people complaining about there orders. Next time I’ll be taking a longer drive to go somewhere else
