The restaurant was understaffed, which resulted in slow service, delays, mistakes, etc. We were comped our onion petals appetizer (which was only half full to begin with). The cone is always full, so full we can hardly finish it, and it was only half full this time. We've never had a bad meal here, and the service has always been excellent. Today was an exception, and our server & the manager went out of their way to make things right. We shared the classic hamburger meal, and it was delicious!

Bridges is easy to book, dinner menu is broader than you might think, the food was fresh, hot and the portions were generous. But above all, the friendly and attentive staff make for an all round great experience. Also, it offers a wonderful sit down breakfast in the morning, hot, fresh and quick.

Stayed at the casino one night and had supper at the bar. Wasn't expecting much to be honest. I ordered the small filet. I heard the steaks were good, but OMG! This was one of the better steaks I have eaten! Nothing fancy, mind you, no drizzle or pretty toppings. Just meat and potatoes. Perfectly cooked and oh my what a flavor. My. Wife had a chicken sandwich and she loved it as well. Ever worker there was over the top friendly. We had a great overall experience. Will definitely be back! I highly recommend.

Our food was excellent. Cindy had a nice steak. I had shrimp. Tara is our waitress and is very friendly. Sean is the big boss and sits at our table and provides great stories. Gina, Amber, Taleisha, Brittnee are the other servers and we like them all. You cannot go wrong with a server. This is a nice sit-down place. Food is cooked after you order.

They have the absolute best Bourbon Glazed pork chops that you could ever want! My husband is in a wheelchair and they were very accommodating to his needs as he has to sit in the wheelchair as he cannot stand to move to a chair. Staff is excellent!

I used to enjoy going to dinner here. Lately it has thoroughly disappointed. Ordered ribs last month while there. They were gristle and tough. They were busy so I chalked it up to that. Last night I had the petite filet. It was bland but had a fishy aftertaste. I'm guessing because they had a crab special. It had to be cooked or stored near the fish. My sides weren't great either. Green beans were overcooked watery and tasted canned. The grilled asparagus was not trimmed so the spears were chewy. My husband's crab was ok but his potato was hard & cold. Coleslaw had way too much pepper.Breakfast is great. Dessert amazing. Dinner was awful.
Host was promp, but it took almost 15 mins for the waitress to see us. Then after we ordered drinks, salads and the main course it took 10 more mins to get our drinks. After we received our meal of course our drinks ran dry 3 times and the lady only had 3 tables . As for the food it was on the same level.as TGI Fridays instead of a Mortons Steak House or Ruth Chris.

Everything was superb! Gina was most affable , the food was exceptional (1st time the prime rib was available) and well worth the wait. Even the Southern Co,mfort though quirky was wonderful. Looking forward to our next visit!

Always have a great experience when dining at Bridges. Their staff are so efficient and caring. The salmon is fantastic! I like it baked or broiled and the chef is fantastic about preparing how you like it. The asparagus is grilled and it's huge and so tender!! We look forward to returning to dine and we give Bridges and all the staff A++++++++++++++++

What a wonderful meal! Started out with the onion petals- I could have made a meal out of these and the dipping sauce was really good. My husband had a 6oz steak that was cooked to perfection! I had the “special of the day” Chicken Fried Steak, mashed potatoes and corn (my guilty pleasure). The whole experience was relaxing and the food Delicious. My husband can always find something to complain about but this meal he couldn’t find anything!!!!! Thank you Brandi for a wonderful experience!!!Parking: Easy access
